I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa and Mauro on the remote purchase of my Italian home. From start to finish, I found them to be extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. Due to the nature of the remote purchase, I had many questions and unique needs, all of which were clearly answered and handled. As they speak both English and Italian, there were no language concerns due to my limited Italian. The entire process was made very clear from the beginning, there were no unexpected surprises and all in all, I can’t imagine how it could have gone any more smoothly. I highly recommend Lisa and Mauro and I am very fortunate to have found them.
