bei der Verkaufsanbahnung, den Terminabsprachen mit dem Verkäufer/ Bauträger sowie diversen Handwerkern, als Übersetzerin bei diversen Terminen, als Begleitung während der gesamten Bauphase, bei der Vermittlung von Adressen für Möbel etc. etc. Sie hat uns laufend mit E-Mails und Fotos über den Baufortschritt informiert und uns mit Telefonaten und E-Mails unterstützt, wenn es einmal Klärungs- oder Absprachebedarf mit den Bauträger und Handwerkern gab. Selbst jetzt nach Fertigstellung und Bezug steht Lisa uns immer noch für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Dieser umfassende Service war und ist sehr viel mehr, als wir je erwartet hatten, und wir sind Lisa sehr dankbar für Ihre tatkräftige Unterstützung. Wir sind sicher, dass unser "großes italienisches (Bau-) Abenteuer" ohne sie niemals so glatt und reibungslos gelaufen wäre! Lisa hat uns dabei geholfen, unseren großen Traum zu verwirklichen.

For quite some time we have had the desire to buy a flat at Lake Garda, and in April 2012 it got serious. In our internet search we found the website of Lisa Webb and Mauro Bellini with the beautiful properties they offer at the lake. From the first contact by email and the first telephone call on, we have been in the very best hands. Lisa took care of everything from the very beginning and assisted us in every aspect possible: during the purchase process, by organizing appointments with the selling/ building company and the various craftsmen, as interpreter during these many appointments, as assistant during the whole construction phase, by procuring addresses and companies to buy furniture from, etc. etc. She continuously informed us about the progress of construction by email and by sending photos, and she also assisted us by making phone calls or sending emails whenever there was the need of discussing something with the builder or the craftsmen. Even now that our flat is ready and we moved in, she is still available for questions. This widespread and all-embracing service was - and still is - a lot more than we had ever expected, and we are very thankful for Lisa's active assistance. We are positive that without Lisa, our "big Italian (construction) adventure" would have not run as smoothly! Lisa helped us to make our big dream come true.

Wir haben uns im Mai 2012 zum Erwerb einer Neubau Immobilie in Toscolano-Maderno entschlossen. Mit der ersten Besichtigung des Grundstücks hatten wir im Gespräch einen so guten Eindruck erhalten, dass wir spontan dem Kauf zugesagt haben. Während der Bauphase wurden wir immer mit Fotos und aktuellen Informationen über den Baufortschritt auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Lisa organisierte Termine mit dem Fliesenhändler, dem Sanitärfachgeschäft, dem Einrichtungshaus, wo wir alle persönlichen Wünsche realisieren lassen konnten. Immer hatte Lisa ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse.
Lisas Anliegen ist nicht nur das Vermitteln einer Immobilie, sondern auch die Betreuung der neuen Eigentümer bis zum Bezug der Wohnung. Ihr Engagement und Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft sind unübertroffen.
Letztendlich haben wir nicht nur einen kompetenten Makler gefunden, sondern auch mit Lisa und Mauro Freunde gefunden.

We first visited Lake Garda for our initial viewing trip in February; in May we signed the contract and in June we had our first holiday in our new apartment, which lived up to all our expectations. The professional service Lisa provided included arranging the viewings, negotiation with the seller, liaison with the notary and translator together with general advice on how the buying process works in Italy.
Garda is a great area with a fantastic range of activities from watersports to hill walking, sun bathing and shopping, so we are looking forward to many more trips.

We bought our apartment off plan, and due to commitments in the UK, we only managed to visit the site once to meet the builder prior to the start of the project and once just prior to its completion a year on. During the whole of the project Lisa kept us fully informed by e-mails and sent us photos of the site as it progressed through to completion. The support we were given was first class, to the point of choosing finishes and furnishings on our behalf and arranging deliveries and installation by a number of different tradesmen,which we obviously would have had a language problem.
