We decided to finally pursue our dream of purchasing a family vacation home near Lake Garda. Luckily, we met Lisa and Mauro who are very professional and extremely easy to work with. The entire process from initially visiting several homes to finally finding and purchasing the perfect home within our budget was effortless. They assisted us step by step through Italian bureaucracy and procedure, including opening a bank account, looking for construction workers, and registering utility contracts. Thank you Lisa and Mauro for all your work and encouragement through our closing. We are beyond happy with our purchase.

Lisa e Mauro ufficio immobiliare è altamente raccomandato da noi. Dalla nostra prima richiesta sono stati disponibili e ci hanno spiegato tutti i dettagli in modo molto accurato. Hanno seguito tutti i passi dell'acquisto della nostra casa (notarius, traduzione ecc.). I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa and Mauro on the remote purchase of my Italian home. From start to finish, I found them to be extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. Due to the nature of the remote purchase, I had many questions and unique needs, all of which were clearly answered and handled. As they speak both English and Italian, there were no language concerns due to my limited Italian. The entire process was made very clear from the beginning, there were no unexpected surprises and all in all, I can’t imagine how it could have gone any more smoothly.
