We bought our apartment off plan, and due to commitments in the UK, we only managed to visit the site once to meet the builder prior to the start of the project and once just prior to its completion a year on. During the whole of the project Lisa kept us fully informed by e-mails and sent us photos of the site as it progressed through to completion. The support we were given was first class, to the point of choosing finishes and furnishings on our behalf and arranging deliveries and installation by a number of different tradesmen,which we obviously would have had a language problem.
We have no hesitation in recommending the expertise of Lisa and Mauro to anyone who is considering buying any sort of property in Italy especially around Lake Garda in Northern Italy.
